Chino
Re-roof with 1" ISO and install JM TPO 60 mil single ply.

Remove flat tile and add shingles for Tesla installation.

Customer was tired of having to replace broken tiles so granulated torch down was installed.​

Remove 2 existing layers, replace damaged plywood, install UDL 30, and Owens Corning Mountainside as a final finish.

Re-roof with 1" ISO and install JM TPO 60 mil single ply.

Install 1/4" densdec with screws and insulation plates. Then install TPO 60 mil single ply as a final finish.

Base sheet installation with metal cap nails, 1/4" strip of smooth installed around perimeter and flashings, granulated torch down installed as a final layer.

Church Sheds
New drip edge metal installed, synthetic underlayment, and starter strips. Malarkey Ecoasis Nex installed as a final layer with ridge cap.

Tear-off existing roof. Install new 2x2 edge metal. Install ice and water and synthetic underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Cool.

Remove existing tile. Install new tile seal underlayment with new saxony 600 tile.
Compton - Wilmington
Tear-off existing roof. Install new 2x2 edge metal. Install ice and water and synthetic underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Cool. Install elastoflex on flat roof and polyfresko as a final finish.
Lakewood - Harvey
Tear-off existing roof. Install new 2x2 edge metal. Install ice and water and synthetic underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Cool.
Long Beach - Gundry
Install elastoflex underlayment on the entire flat field. Install polyfresko granulated torch down as a final finish. Install double 30 lb on tile and reinstall tile.
Long Beach - Eucalyptus
Install shingles on top of existing roof. Install drip edge, synthetic underlayment. Install Certainteed Landmark Solaris shingles. Install elastoflex underlayment. Install polyfresko as a final finish.

Tear-off existing roof. Install new 2x2 edge metal. Install ice and water and synthetic underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Cool.

Remove existing underlayment. Install tile seal underlayment and reinstall tile.

Remove existing roof. Install new 1" ISO mechanically fastened. Install new TPO single ply.
Manhattan Beach - 44th
Remove existing roof. Install new plywood on entire roof. Install new 1" ISO mechanically fastened. Install new TPO single ply.
Rancho Palos Verdes- Catalina
Remove existing tile. Install double synthetic underlayment with lightweight Eagle S tile.
Torrance - Catalina
Install synthetic underlayment with Owens Corning Duration Cool Night sky shingles on this new addition.
